Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds are handled on Gripp Bikes.

General Policy

At gripp bikes, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable rental experience. However, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are managed for bookings made through our platform.

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the vendor’s individual policy.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for refund.
  • No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle without prior cancellation) are not eligible for refunds.

Vendor Cancellations

If a vendor cancels your confirmed booking (for example, due to unavailability or technical issues), you will receive a full refund of any advance payment. gripp bikes will also assist you in finding an alternative vehicle where possible.

Refund Processing

  • All online payments made through Razorpay or other payment gateways will be refunded to the original source of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • For cash or UPI payments made directly to vendors, refunds (if applicable) will be handled by the respective vendor.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Transaction/processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
  • Any penalties for traffic violations, damages, or late returns are non-refundable and will be deducted from your payment or deposit.
