What is Gripp Bikes?

Gripp Bikes is a smart urban mobility platform that connects customers with trusted vendors for two-wheeler rentals. We provide a centralized booking experience across multiple cities in India.

Does Gripp own the vehicles?

No. Gripp does not own or operate vehicles. All bikes and scooters are owned and managed by independent vendors. Gripp provides the technology platform and booking system.

How do bookings work on Gripp?

You can browse available vehicles in your city, select dates and times, and confirm your booking by making an online payment. Once confirmed, vendor details and pickup instructions are shared with you.

Is my data safe with Gripp?

Yes. Your personal and KYC details are stored securely and only shared with the vendor you book with. We use encryption and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

What payment methods are supported?

Payments on the platform are processed through Razorpay and support UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Vendors may also accept cash or UPI directly at their discretion.

Does Gripp charge a security deposit?

Gripp does not charge a platform-level deposit. However, some vendors may have their own security deposit policies, which will be clearly displayed during booking.

What if there’s a problem with my booking?

You can contact the vendor directly using details provided after booking. For platform-related issues (like payment errors), you can reach our support team at support@grippmobility.com.

What laws apply to Gripp services?

Gripp Bikes operates under Indian law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at our registered office in Rajasthan, India.
