gripp bikes does not own, operate, or maintain any of the vehicles listed on its platform. All vehicles are owned and managed by independent vendors. gripp bikes only facilitates bookings and payments.

No Guarantee of Availability

While we make every effort to ensure that vehicle availability, pricing, and descriptions are accurate, gripp bikes does not guarantee that information on the platform is always up-to-date or error-free. Vendors may cancel bookings due to operational reasons, for which gripp bikes is not liable.

Liability for Vehicle Use

Customers are solely responsible for operating the rented vehicle in compliance with applicable traffic laws and safety guidelines. gripp bikes is not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or damages caused during the ride.
• Traffic fines, penalties, or legal violations by customers.
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal property while using the rented vehicle.

Insurance & Maintenance

Vehicle condition, insurance coverage, and roadside assistance are the responsibility of the respective vendors. gripp bikes does not provide insurance or warranties of any kind for the vehicles listed.

No Illegal Use

Customers must not use rented vehicles for illegal activities, overloading, racing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. gripp bikes disclaims all liability for misuse of vehicles by customers.
