Vendor Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Vendor Terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Vendor", "you") and Gripp Mobility ("we", "our", "us"). By registering as a Vendor and listing your vehicles on the Gripp Mobility platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must hold valid business licenses as required by law.
• Vehicles must be legally registered, roadworthy, and compliant with insurance requirements.
• Vendors must ensure drivers and staff follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your vehicles, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain all vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition with required permits and insurance coverage.
• Handle delivery, pickup, security deposits (if applicable), and customer support for rides booked through your fleet.
• Promptly update booking status and report issues (e.g., breakdowns, accidents) to Gripp Mobility and the customer.

Gripp Mobility Responsibilities

• Provide a centralized platform for customer discovery, booking, and payments (where applicable).
• Share relevant customer booking details (name, mobile number, KYC information) with Vendors for fulfilling the booking.
• Process payments securely through integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Settlement of amounts to Vendors will follow agreed payout cycles.
• Offer analytics, customer insights, and platform support to Vendors.

Payments & Commission

• Gripp Mobility charges a platform commission on each successful booking, as agreed in writing with the Vendor.
• Vendors are responsible for applicable taxes (GST or otherwise) on their earnings.
• Refunds or cancellations requested by customers will be handled as per the Cancellation Policy. Any deductions will apply before settlement to the Vendor.

Liability & Indemnity

Vendors are solely responsible for the condition of their vehicles, safety of riders, and compliance with applicable laws. Gripp Mobility is only a technology facilitator and is not liable for accidents, damages, theft, or misuse of vehicles.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Gripp Mobility harmless against any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from their vehicles, staff, or operations.

Data Sharing & Privacy

Gripp Mobility maintains centralized customer profiles. Vendors will have access only to the data required to complete bookings (e.g., name, mobile, license/KYC). Vendors must not misuse or resell customer data and must comply with applicable privacy laws.

Termination

Gripp Mobility reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that harm the reputation of the platform or customer safety.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie exclusively with the courts of Rajasthan, India.
